For agencies
What an agency needs to bring OneSite Assistant to a client: a zero-result audit to open the conversation, the report the client sees afterwards, the client’s prices, and how your code and commission work.
Audit of zero-result searches
Before you write to a client, open the search box of their shop and type ten to twenty phrases their shoppers would use: by occasion, by purpose, by a vague description. Write down the phrases that return an empty page. This is the shop’s own storefront, so the client can check every line in a minute. Do not quote industry averages: show what you saw.
Sample list (invented phrases, not a measurement)

Search result: empty page
Send the list with one line: these are phrases from your own search that return nothing. Offer to show the same phrases answered from the client’s own catalogue. No promise about sales belongs in the message.
The “misses” report
Once the assistant runs on the shop, the cabinet lists what shoppers asked for and did not find: their own words, unedited. You can send the client this list as it stands.
The date of the request.
The shopper’s own wording, kept as written.
Only if the shopper chose to leave one.
Empty results of the shop’s own search box, most frequent first.
Use it to decide what to add to the catalogue and what to say to the client. It shows demand that went unanswered, not sales we caused, and we do not promise either.
Prices for your client
Every merchant sees the same price and the same trial, whatever route they came by. A code is not a discount: the agency’s benefit is the commission below. The client pays through their own subscription on Shopify; any fee for setup or reporting is agreed between you and the client, and we take no part in it.
Your code and commission
You get a short code. The client types it into the Referral code field on the first setup screen, in Shopify or on sign-up; it can also be added in the cabinet shortly after setup, while the shop has no other partner. A client who names your own shop’s code does not count.
Credit is for periods the client has paid, not for the trial. The exact share, the number of months, the hold and the minimum payout are on the Partners page; the rules on refunds, disclosure and self-referral are in the Terms.
To get a code, write to us from the agency’s business address. hello@onesite.agency
